Due to rooms being completely booked at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort, we will be offering a low rate of $109 per night (includes Resort Fee, but not taxes) at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, located at 6333 N. Scottsdale Rd., about a mile up the road from the DoubleTree. They are willing to shuttle our attendees to and from the two hotels.

A complete renovation of the Forum Ballroom in the DoubleTree has been done. It has been raised to the first floor and is no longer in the basement. The steps leading to it from the north hallway have been removed.
All cancellations or reservation changes must be made 48 hours before your scheduled check in to avoid any charges.
